Incline Intero real estate agents realize that they earn their living from the community making it equally important to give back.
The Incline Intero Foundation contributed $2,500 to the Incline After-School Organization (IAO) so that Incline youth can participate in free, positive after-school activities.
This year IAO expects to serve more than 700 local youth with more than 100 free activities.
The foundation is funded via its' own real estate agents.
At the conclusion of a sale the real estate agent gives to the Incline Intero Foundation and then the owner of the Incline Intero real estate office, Vince Scott.
Scott then matches the donation, thus doubling the dollars available to Incline Village children's or environmental philanthropic organizations in need.
"We all believe in the Intero culture and the value of giving back to the community," Scott said.
"It is a tremendous opportunity for our team to be a part of opening an office and establishing a way to help the children and environment in our community."
The Incline Intero Foundation focuses its donations on organizations or projects that are locally-based.
Funding is typically provided to smaller organizations where a donation can have a significant impact.
Eligible organizations must be able to show that their services have long-term positive impact on children's lives or the preservation of the environment.
Charitable organizations interested in applying for funding consideration should fill out the request form available at www.InteroIncline.com [1].
