Incline's got talent

27 Jan 2009 - 9:30am

North Lake Tahoe Bonanza:  The 2009 Incline youth talent show will feature zany action on stage from kids of all ages this weekend at Incline High School.

At 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, the Incline Village/Crystal Bay community is welcome to come see more than 60 children between the ages of 6-18 performing at Incline High School.

Come see music, comedy and variety acts with doors opening to the IHS theater at 6 p.m. each night with the show starting at 6:30 p.m.

Organizer Chris Laramore said the event is fun for everyone to attend and is family friendly.

“You’ll have a blast if you come see, there are some really good and really funny acts this year,” Laramore said.

He said students have been working for weeks on the show and are excited to showcase their talents.

The talent show benefits the Incline Afterschool Organization as the group’s sole fundraiser.

Tickets are available at any Incline school including the Lake Tahoe School and at the Potlatch in the Raley’s shopping center. They cost $16 for adults and $6 for children. They will also be available at the door the night of both shows.
